A need identified
Out of space to grow
Due to congestion, the computer village has completely run out of space to support its rapid growth. The constraint of space and absence of proper planning has led to a deplorable state of amenities and has given rise to critical challenges of over-population, poor sanitation, environmental degradation and pollution as well as rising insecurity and criminal incidents accompanied by infiltration of touts and breakdown of law and order. Lagos State Government identified the need to relocate computer village from Otigba ikeja to ensure growth can continue.
A solution chosen
A winning bid by Bridgeways
This journey commenced in 2007 when Bridgeways indicated interest amongst other bidders to develop the proposed Lagos ICT Business Park in Katangowa in Agbado Oke-Odo LCDA, Lagos. Lagos State Government selected the proposal and strategy offered by Bridgeways as the most compelling. This initiated a public-private partnership, in which Lagos State Government granted our company a 36-year concession to build, operate and transfer the Lagos ICT Business Park at the end of the concession period.
A project Started
Strategy at Work
Work started as soon as the Lagos State Government completed the site clearance early this year. We have already completed and handed over more than 3,000 shops in 16 blocks designed as temporary relocation space for existing traders in Katangowa. All delivered and paid for! The stake holders launched the site on June 30, 2021

In 24 months, the Lagos State government's commitment to support the growth of computer village will be delivered as Lagos ICT Park, Katangowa. It will be the largest park of its kind in Africa. Having been planned for growth from the ground up, it will deliver more than mere relocation. Lagos State would have birthed a robust concept for ICT advancement, innovation and development in a truly world class centre to live, work and play. For each investor, it will be the fulfilment of a life long dream to be a landlord
We are building 4 banking halls,5000 seater exhibition hall,128 residential apartments,2500 capacity car parks,53 bay trailer park,3810 retail shops in 3 plazas,1270 shops per plaza,4000 capacity key klamp mall,520 lock up shops,260 open stalls supported by the following features
Power Plant
A substation will be installed on the site to bring power from the national grid while a scalable natural gas powered plant will provide backup electrical power
Maintenance
An onsite maintenance workshop will support a strict regime to ensure infrastructure deployed on site will work efficiently through the expected life time.
Clinic
An out patient clinic with adequately certified personnel will be available to provide emergency services around the clock for the benefit of subscribers
Car Park
The public car parks have a total capacity of over 2,500 cars to serve visitors, there are also basement car parks for property owners and their staff.
Water
There will be a water treatment plant served by industrial boreholes and complemented by rainwater harvesting during dry season to save on energy.
Police Station
A well manned on site police station will help ensure that law and order prevail in the complex
Fire Station
A fire station will be provided to ensure the safety of lives and property, this is complemented by automatic fire alarm systems.
Facility Management
A purpose built building has been made part of the design of the complex to cater for proper administration and management of the facilities.
Security Posts
The design provides for several security posts that will be adequately staffed and fully fitted with scanners and sanitizing passages
Fixed Telephone
Fixed telephone services will be made available to subscribers that require call clarity and the reliability of land line based telephony
Cable Radio
Subscribers will enjoy cable radio services to enhance the sense of community and provide direct communications during emergencies
Fiber Internet
High speed fiber based internet connectivity will be deployed to serve the needs of the tech community as well as any other subscribers
Waste Management
On site sewage treatment and waste management plants have been added to keep the park in a tip-top state of hygiene and cleanliness.
Helipad
A helipad port has been provided for air traffic management within the complex and particularly for emergency evacuation or VIP movement
